At Lily Lace Floral, we are happy to offer our customers the option to collect their floral arrangements directly from our shop. Please read the details of our collection policy below:

1. Collection Availability

Collection Location: Orders can be collected from our shop at 11 Metherall Field, Okehampton EX20 1ZF.
Collection Hours: Our collection hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Advanced Notice: Please ensure that you place your order at least 24 hours before the desired collection time to allow us enough time to prepare your floral arrangement.

2. Collection Confirmation

Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or phone (based on your preference) that your order is available.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful completion of your order and a ready for collection notice once your order is prepared.

3. Collection Procedure

When collecting your order, please bring proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, order number, or invoice) with you.
If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf, please notify us in advance. The person collecting the order will need to provide the order details and confirmation of their identity.

4. Collection Timeliness

If you are unable to collect your order at the designated time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to hold your order for a reasonable time.

5. Special Collection Requests

If you have any special collection requests or need assistance, please inform us at the time of purchase or as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Collection for Weddings & Funerals

For customers collecting floral arrangements for weddings or funerals, we will ensure your items are prepared and ready for your designated collection time. Please contact us in advance to arrange the collection of large or delicate orders.
