1. Delivery Locations & Charges

£5 Delivery: For deliveries within the EX20 Area, including Okehampton, Bellstone, Sticklepath, South Zeal, Bridestowe, Lydford Gorge, North Tawton, Hatherleigh.
£8.50 Delivery: For deliveries to surrounding areas, including Chagford TQ13, Cheriton Bishop EX6, Crediton EX17.

2. Next-Day Delivery Cutoff Time

To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order by 11 AM the previous business day.
Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed for delivery on the following available day, subject to availability.

3. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Same-day delivery may be available for certain orders. If you’d like to inquire about same-day delivery, please contact us as early as possible for availability and additional charges.
Please note that deliveries during peak times (e.g., holidays, special events) may take longer, and we will inform you of any delays.

4. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is between 9 AM and 5 PM. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
